“I started working at TelEm in August of 2015 and have been employed for three years now. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, however when moving away from home, I knew that I needed a new challenge. As soon as I walked into the TelEm building for my interview I had a good feeling. I was sure that I would be able to learn and grow within this company. During these three years, I have grown tremendously and now associate TelEm with family, growth and fun. Telem frequently offers training and education as the company invests in its staff for them to grow and improve their personal skills. There are also performance-based bonuses awarded to employees at the end of the year which assists in keeping employees competitive, motivated and wanting to perform at their best all the time. My favorite recent project I have worked on is the website you are on right now! It took me a lot of time to get this project done. I underestimated the work, but together with our graphic designer we managed to pull it off. I work in a team and have made some unforgettable memories with them, such as when we went for a sip and paint workshop and for a wine and food tasting where we had so much fun and got along great! TelEm also hosts amazing events, with my favorite being the annual Christmas dinner where I get to see everyone all dressed up and in the Christmas mood.”
