Fiber Duo Play Prepaid:
All Duo Play Prepaid packages include $10 calling allowance on your landline phone to make local and international calls. Your $10 allowance will be valid for the current month only. Any unused allowance will not roll over to the next month. Free minutes are not included for Prepaid, only for Postpaid.

Fiber is used to deliver the internet service to your home via a fiber cable by transmitting information in the form of light rather than electricity. Its speeds may vary based on the time of day or night and general usage in your area may affect your internet and browsing speeds. Your indoor wiring and Wi-Fi installation (extensions) are also important factors in ensuring quality of service.
Fiber Installation Process
After selecting your TelEm Fiber package, you can apply or upgrade your services online. Once we receive your application form, the application process will start which can take up to two (2) weeks. An external survey of your premises will take place by our OSP team to determine the best route for installation (please note at this time it is not necessary for us to go inside your building). After which, within a couple of days, you will be contacted by our TelEm Fiber team to schedule an appointment for your Fiber installation. It’s required for the customer to be at home during the installation process as you will be asked to sign documentation. Once your installation is completed you can enjoy your TelEm services on our Fiber optic network.
Fiber Duo Play Postpaid
The free minutes included in the Duo Play Postpaid packages are for calls between TelEm & TelCell subscribers. Calls made to other numbers will be charged separately and added to your monthly invoice. Any unused package minutes will not roll over to the next month. To avoid any potential bill shock, we have included a phone call threshold of ANG 250 per month. When you have reached this amount, all out-going calls will be temporarily blocked, however, your internet and incoming calls will continue to work.
*New Postpaid applicants without St. Maarten residency are required to pay a deposit fee of $1,500 upon application or can apply for a Prepaid package.

Take advantage of our Installation offer and pay only $50/ANG . You may be eligible for a discount or free Fiber installation if you are in a new Fiber area. Contact our Customer Care team on 611 or 548-HELP (4357) for more information.
Do I have to upgrade to Fiber?
Yes, once your street is Fiber ready, we encourage you to take advantage of our Better, Bolder, and Faster internet packages by experiencing more download and upload speed. Eventually, the copper network in your area will be disconnected and you will experience interruption if not upgraded before the indicated deadline. Stay connected and upgrade to Fiber.
