What are the costs?
Apply or upgrade your business to Fiber now and take advantage of our special promotion and get 60% discount on your installation! Based on the package of your choice you will pay a monthly recurring fee. Please note that your installation fee covers the cost for bringing the Fiber connection into your business as well as the installation of the connection by a qualified TelEm Group technician or a contractor, who will make the connection to an assigned spot.

Fiber Installation Process
After selecting your TelEm service package you can apply or upgrade your services online. Once we receive your application form the installation process will start immediately. You will be contacted within a couple of days by our TelEm Fiber team to schedule an appointment for your Fiber installation. It’s required for the customer to be at home during the installation process. Once your installation is completed you can enjoy your TelEm services on our Fiber optic network.

*Existing customer
The following message is only for existing TelEm customers. If you are an existing TelEm customer who has a business in a Fiber ready area your current copper connection will soon be discontinued. To stay connected we ask all existing customers to upgrade their services to Fiber. By clicking the upgrade now button you will be directed to a form.
