How to view my CableTV account?

Now it is easy to view your Cable TV Account online.

Login to view and manage your account information:

  • Customer Profile
  • Account status and amount due at the time of log on
  • Update contact information
  • Billing and service address and equipment details and status of equipment
  • Breakdown of your monthly charges
  • Account history which reflects payments, billing and adjustments. For earlier history on your account, please select the “More History” button and it will give you the option to go further back.

What do you need in order to view your account online?

  1. Your account number is the number that you got when you signed up for our service.  You will find it at the top of your bill and on any receipt of payment.  Because of privacy, account numbers are not given via the phone or email.
  2. Your Pin which is a 4-digit code. If you do not have a pin, you can register in person at Customer Service at TelEm Main Branch.  If you have an email address on file, you can select the Recover Pin button for a temporary pin which will be emailed to the email address on file.

    3.  Your Easy Pay number. This is the five (5) digit number on the back of the Easy Pay Card below the bar code.
