Customer data base
In order to send out a Broadcast SMS you will have to provide TelEm with your own customer data base. TelEm unfortunately can’t use their own database for third party’s advertisement.
Grow your customer database
There are different ways to grow your own customer database. You can ask your customers to sign up to receive promotional advertisement or important announcements. Start a customer survey and ask for contact details to be informed on more specials and announcements.
Create your message
Create a strong marketing message to deliver to your customers/target group. Please be advised that the broadcast message can’t be longer than 140 characters to keep the message in one broadcast. If you need assistance with creating your message you can ask one of our sales/marketing representatives to assist you.
